Chef de Partie – Sudbury, Suffolk
Surya Hotels are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their team at The Mill Hotel in Sudbury, Suffolk.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality and would like to progress through the business, this location serves a AA rosette restaurant and cooks with fresh food, has seasonal menus and offers a competitive salary.
History and modernity meet here, with soothing, contemporary interiors complementing the mill’s original features, among them the waterwheel itself – an atmospheric centrepiece in the restaurant and relaxing bar.
- To assist in the preparation and cooking and presentation of the menu items.
- Oversee the day to day activities of the kitchen.
- To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
- Following Health & Safety regulations at all times.
