As a result of continued growth and a desire to take advantage of the expanding digital market place we are appointing a creative leader in the position of Digital Account Manager.
As Digital Account Manager for a leading world food distribution company, you will be working in a striving, diverse environment, and working to effectively manage communities for well-known consumer products.
As Digital Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to be creative, work with a great team and contribute to a wonderful brand.
The key responsibilities and skills for this role will involve;
Working closely with a dedicated team on well-known household brands to drive their social media reach.
Current in-depth knowledge of social media channels, best practice and emerging trends is essential.
Liaising with, understanding and building relationships with communities for the products across social media platform in order to support the brand and increase engagement with audiences.
Responding and discussing queries and issues in a considered manner with audiences in the right tone for the brand.
Continually monitoring the digital landscape for the new emerging opportunities to find and act on online conversations to improve company reputation.
Working closely with colleagues across all areas of the business to ensure that social media is embedded into departments and that customer feedback is seen and acted upon.
Very strong verbal, visual and written communication skills.
The ability to write engaging and emotive content for use on relevant social media channels and forums.
Able to develop and execute digital community engagement programs.
Promote new digital community features to players.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Digital Account Manager role, you must have:
A genuine passion for social media and emerging digital platforms – with experience of delivering social media strategies.
A comprehensive and up to date understanding of the most widely used social media platforms, and their reporting capabilities.
