Title: Office Administrator / Cashier
Salary: £8.21 + per hour dependent upon skills and experience
Hours: Full time, 40 hours over a six day week
Location: Golden Oriental Foods, Wembley, London.
Part of Surya Foods, Golden Oriental Foods is an Oriental Cash and Carry in Wembley delivering to restaurants and businesses across the whole of London and beyond.
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator / Cashier to join our busy team.
- Liaising with customers and colleagues of all levels in a professional manner
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Cashier duties
- Prepare letters, sending and respond to emails
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Organising the collection and distribution of the Post
- General computer work
- Meet and greet visitors
- Coordinate with IT on all office equipment, printer cartridge replacement etc.
- Answer the telephone in a professional manner
- Booking transport
- Ordering stationery and equipment
Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
Excellent written and numerical skills
Basic IT skills such as email, ordering systems, data processing, Word, Excel etc
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to remain calm and professional at all times
