Chef de Partie – Kings Lynn, Norfolk

Surya Hotels are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their team at The Dukes Head Hotel in King’s Lynn.

We are looking for a enthusiastic Chef that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality and would like to progress through the business, this location serves a AA rosette restaurant and cooks with fresh food, has seasonal menus and offers a competitive salary.

Its striking powder-blue façade, a study in Georgian elegance, is as much a part of King’s Lynn’s Tuesday Market Place as the stalls that have traded here for generations. Duties include:

  • To assist in the preparation and cooking and presentation of the menu items.
  • Oversee the day to day activities of the kitchen.
  • To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
  • Following Health & Safety regulations at all times.
