The role and responsibilities:
We are recruiting for a driven candidate that possesses ambition for professional development in the commercial side of this industry. This role would suit an attentive and ambitious individual to take on the responsibility of supporting the National Accounts sales team, reporting directly to the Senior National Account Manager.
The ideal candidate will need brilliant communication skills to liaise with Account Managers, suppliers and customers alike; whilst collaborating with relevant departments. The candidate will need to be highly organized, good at scheduling workloads, numerically strong and accuracy and attention to detail are a “must”. Our customer’s stores are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, therefore a flexible working style will be needed and embraced
Other roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to customer order processing, assisting with forecasts, supporting the National Accounts Managers, coordinating customer visits and meetings and preparing sales presentations.
The successful candidate will find this role challenging but the end result will be very satisfying and rewarding with excellent scope for eventual career progression into account management. The role will suit business minded individuals who are keen to learn and develop their career.
In summary, the ideal candidate will be able to liaise with customers, be very competent numerically and will ideally have experience in an Account Support/similar role in the FMCG sector or be a recent graduate looking for a platform into account management.
